This was a charity ride called the distinguished gentleman’s ride. It takes place on the same day, all over the world. In 2023 it was May 21st and Bert’s was a place where many riders gathered. The charity is the Movember movement which raises money and awareness for men’s mental health and prostate cancer.

Bert’s owner and manager Paul Starkey is a former racer himself. here he is back in the early 2000s racing in the Yamaha Past Master’s championship with Bemsee.
21st Classic Car Extravaganza, 2022
At the 21st classic car extravaganza in September 2022. First full motorcycle display with our bikes and those of our very kind clients. The organiser, Vic Gallucci, was very positive about our display and we plan on returning to future events. Sadly, Victor is no longer with us, but the Extravaganza looks set to continue in his memory.
Alfie Thompson
Resident trainee, Alfie Thompson racing in the Southerly Motocross championship. We supply parts and technical support and maintenance when needed. He tries to do as much as he can himself.
Ryan Whitehall
Ryan Whitehall from Niton, racing in the Irish road racing series on his Yamaha R6. He also races in the Super twin class with a Kawasaki. We, along with other island businesses, help Ryan where we can with parts and financial support.
